Accidents happen, especially when hunting lycanthropes. Lucky for you we offer most smaller repairs for free (minus shipping costs), such as re-stitching, top coat stripping and restoration, cleaning, waterproofing, re-burnishing, and re-dyeing, but for larger repairs such as total panel replacement, panel tooling, or total outer shell replacement, you may be charged an additional fee for the price of materials and labor. All repair costs and options will be discussed with you and finalized before beginning any repairs once we have received and evaluated the item. If no agreement can be reached, we will ship your item back to you immediately, free of charge.
